Second, the typical use:
It is widely used in various electronic components, IC chips, and assembled circuit boards to protect the wire boards from harsh environmental impacts such as various chemicals, salt spray, moisture, electrical insulation, dust, vibration and high and low temperature.

Best operation: direct glue or brush coating, if the concentration becomes larger, you can also add thinner.

1 Spraying process:
1.1 A50 can be diluted with our A50 special thinner. The addition of thinner is large, the viscosity of the glue is low, and the thickness of the glue is thin. Conversely, the viscosity of the glue is high and the thickness of the glue is thick.
1.2 Put the diluted glue into the watering can and spray it.
1.3 Clean the watering can with thinner after spraying.
2 dip coating process:
2.1 with 1.1
2.2 Put the diluted glue into the dip bucket for dip coating, and the speed of the board or component should not be too fast to avoid air bubbles. Drying time at room temperature for 2-10 minutes, heating and drying are not recommended.
2.3 When using again after dip coating, if there is skin on the surface, remove the epidermis and continue to use.
Five, note:
After pouring out the glue in the bottle, wipe the glue at the mouth of the bottle, tighten the cap, and store in a cool place. When used again, if there is a little crust at the seal, remove it and it will not affect normal use.
