JXin592 is a semi-flow, one-component, room-temperature-curing silicone rubber. Neutral curing, by condensation with water in the air, releases low molecules to cause cross-linking and vulcanizes into a high-performance elastomer. For most metals, plastics are non-corrosive and have good adhesion. Excellent resistance to cold and heat, aging and electrical insulation, excellent moisture, water, shock, corona and leakage resistance performance. Fully in line with EU ROHS directive requirements.

Second, the typical use:
1. Used for bonding, sealing, fixing and bonding of electronic components and electronic appliances in electronic products, instrumentation and electrical equipment.
2. It is especially suitable for waterproofing, bonding and sealing of plugs at both ends of LED guardrail lamps; packaging of LED flexible strips.
3. The bonding of the power plastic shell to the coil, the bonding and sealing of various engineering plastics, and the like.

Fourth, the use of technology:
1. Clean the surface: clean the surface of the object to be glued or coated, and remove rust, dust and oil.
2. Apply glue: Unscrew (or cut open) the rubber cap, squeeze the glue onto the cleaned surface, make it evenly distributed, and fix the adhesive surface.
3. Curing: Place the glued or sealed parts in the air to allow them to cure naturally. The curing process is a curing process from the surface to the inside. Within 24 hours (room temperature and 55% relative humidity), the glue will cure to a depth of 2 to 4 mm. If the application position is deep, especially in areas where air is not easily accessible, The time for complete curing will be extended. If the temperature is lower, the curing time will be extended. It takes more than 7 days for the 6mm thick sealant to fully cure.

1. After the operation is completed, the unused glue should be tightened immediately and sealed. When using it again, if there is a little crust at the seal, remove it and it will not affect the normal use. During the storage process, there may be a small amount of solidification in the mouth of the tube. After it is removed, it can be used normally without affecting product performance.

7. Storage and transportation:
